The character of Turtle Point

Turtle Point is the golf-frontage neighborhood with the most direct relationship to play: most homes face the second, third, fourth, and fifth holes of the club course, with generously sized gardens between the house and the corridor.

Builders here were Shea, Niblock, and St. Lawrence, working in four-side brick. Most homes carry a three-car garage — a specification that matters more than buyers expect once boats, carts, and a third vehicle enter the picture.

Golf frontage carries real trade-offs worth naming: early-morning maintenance noise, occasional errant balls, and a rear elevation with less privacy than an interior lot. Buyers who love the view accept all three.
