Accessibility & Fair Housing

Open to everyone.

We are committed to an inclusive experience and to the principles of equal opportunity in housing. This statement explains our standards and how to tell us when we fall short.

Equal Housing Opportunity. This site supports the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law.

1

Our accessibility commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project: as the site changes, we continue reviewing and improving it.

Measures in place include semantic HTML structure and heading hierarchy, descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery, keyboard-operable navigation and controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts that reflow at high zoom, color contrast intended to meet AA thresholds, and full support for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference, which disables or simplifies animation.

2

Known limitations

Some content — particularly interactive maps and richly styled editorial layouts — may not yet provide an equivalent experience for every assistive technology. Third-party websites we link to are outside our control and are governed by their own accessibility practices.

3

Fair housing statement

All descriptions of the community, its neighborhoods, homes, amenities, and lifestyle are intended to describe property and features — never to signal a preference, limitation, or discrimination regarding any protected class, and never to steer any person toward or away from any neighborhood.

Information about schools, districts, demographics, or surrounding areas, where mentioned, is provided for general context only, may change, and should be independently verified with official sources.

4

Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier

If you encounter a barrier, need content in an alternate format, or have a suggestion, please tell us through our contact form. Describe the page and the difficulty you experienced, and we will make a good-faith effort to respond and remediate promptly.
